About The Role

Are you a Senior Front End Developer who wants a bigger say in the direction of a product's front end? This is a chance to join a product team where the front end is taken seriously. You'll be working on the company's core platform, which is central to the business and still growing. As one of the senior members of the team, your views on how it's built will carry real weight. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular and TypeScript. You should have a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience working with APIs to integrate back-end services seamlessly. A good grasp of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles is essential. Experience working within Agile teams and a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications are also required. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are vital for success in this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
