About The Role
Are you a Senior Front End Developer who wants a bigger say in the direction of a product's front end?
This is a chance to join a product team where the front end is taken seriously. You'll be working on the company's core platform, which is central to the business and still growing. As one of the senior members of the team, your views on how it's built will carry real weight.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using modern front-end technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create an engaging and efficient user experience. Your expertise will help shape the standards and best practices for front-end development within the organization, ensuring the platform remains scalable, accessible, and performant.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in front-end development with proven experience in building scalable web applications. You should have significant expertise with Angular and TypeScript, along with solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills. Experience working with APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end services is essential. An understanding of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles is also required. Additionally, experience working within Agile teams and a proactive attitude towards code reviews and best practices are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance web applications using Angular and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Create reusable, scalable components that can be leveraged across the team to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with back-end developers to integrate new features and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Optimize the platform for speed, accessibility, and usability across different devices and browsers.
- Help establish and maintain front-end development standards and best practices as the platform evolves.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the product.
