About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on multiple greenfield projects utilizing state-of-the-art technologies. As part of this position, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative solutions for high-profile clients, contributing to the strategic selection of technology stacks tailored to specific project needs. The role provides a clear pathway toward senior-level responsibilities, fostering professional growth through challenging projects and collaborative teamwork.
In this position, you will be responsible for understanding complex problem domains, designing effective business object models, and delivering high-quality code. You will work independently to meet deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaboration with offshore teams and adherence to Agile methodologies will be integral to your daily activities. The role emphasizes clean coding principles, best practices, and effective communication of technical concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a world-class development environment. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000 along with excellent growth potential and a stimulating working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with React and Next.js frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Typescript and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with state management tools in React, such as Redux.
- Solid understanding of Git version control system.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within offshore teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Full working rights in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
- Previous experience in greenfield project development is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and maintainable frontend components using Next.js, React, and Typescript.
- Understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Review code and promote best practices, including clean coding principles and design patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
