About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at Experis. In this role, you will take ownership of a modern React and TypeScript-based platform, playing a pivotal part in shaping its future development. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence architectural decisions, set engineering standards, and enhance the overall developer experience. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-impact features that deliver seamless, accessible, and engaging user experiences to a global customer base.
The Senior Frontend Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Engineering to drive continuous improvements across the frontend stack. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating reusable components, optimizing performance, and ensuring the robustness and scalability of the application. This role is ideal for someone passionate about frontend excellence, eager to challenge existing approaches, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in frontend development with a strong portfolio of React applications.
- Expertise in React 18+ and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript features.
- Hands-on experience with build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, component design, and state management.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL integrations.
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Ant Design and styling with SCSS.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Vitest, Testing Library, and MSW.
- Understanding of internationalization (i18n) and accessibility standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable features within a React 18+ and TypeScript application.
- Take ownership of and enhance Vite-based development and build tooling to improve efficiency.
- Create reusable, modular components and establish frontend architecture patterns aligned with best practices.
- Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using Ant Design and SCSS to ensure optimal user experiences across devices.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services using AWS Amplify, AppSync, and GraphQL APIs.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability through continuous improvements.
- Implement internationalization (i18n) features to support multiple languages and regions.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
- Manage dependencies, security updates, and address technical debt proactively.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, production-ready solutions.
- Enhance developer experience by improving shared tooling, workflows, and documentation.
