Front End Developer - React, RxJS, Typescript, Websockets, EDA
Working with a global financial services organisation who are looking for a Front-End Developer with expertise in React, RxJS, Typescript, Websockets and Event Driven Development (EDA) to join a small, collaborative team responsible for building a modern trading application to replace an existing legacy system.
Details
- Location: London Hybrid - 3 days / week in office
- Duration: Initially 6 months with a strong possibility of extension
- Rate: £700-£800 / day Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Skills and Experience Required
- Frontend: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with expertise in React, RxJS, Typescript, Websockets and Event Driven Development (EDA)
- Real-Time: Experience with Real-time Data.
- Stakeholder Management: Interface with project stakeholders to gather requirements and build solutions that match business targets.
Nice to have
- Prior financial services experience (banking or trading)
- Working in financial asset classes such as Bond, Swaps or Derivatives
- Working knowledge of complex data structures
- AI experience (Copilot, Codex etc.)
