About The Role
As a Front-End Risk Account Manager (FRAM), you’ll play a key role in proactive risk management, working closely with dealers and internal teams to drive performance and minimise risk.

This is not a traditional collections role, the position is focused on proactive portfolio and risk management within a commercial automotive finance environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and guide dealers to improve performance and compliance
- Assess account health and take appropriate action to protect investment
- Collaborate with Field Operations on risk mitigation strategies
- Analyse portfolios to identify exposure and recommend actions
- Manage non-default accounts and lead effective collection strategies
- Develop and implement tailored recovery or workout plans
- Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports
- Support wider business objectives as required
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in credit risk, portfolio management, commercial lending, asset finance or business to business account management.
- Experience working within automotive finance or a similar secured lending environment (would be advantageous).
- The ability to balance customer relationship management with credit risk and commercial decision making.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and coach stakeholders
- Experience working with field-based teams
- Experience in collections or arrears management is beneficial where it has been part of a broader credit or portfolio role (not essential)
- Organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience with SBS Financing Platform (WFS) is desirable
