💼 Permanent contract — Start ASAP

🧢 Mid-level profile (3 to 5 years of experience)

The role

Digidop keeps growing.

To support our move upmarket and the growing complexity of our projects, we're looking for a front-end developer with a Webflow hat. Someone curious about tech, comfortable with modern code workflows, and able to juggle between demanding Webflow projects and more advanced technical builds (integrations, headless, automations).

The ideal profile is hybrid: at ease on Webflow as well as on pure front-end. If you come from one side or the other, we'll train you on the rest. What matters is the willingness to learn and technical solidity.

What you'll do day to day

  • Build ambitious Webflow projects You work on our Enterprise and marketing sites: complex CMS, conditional logic, API integrations, custom animations. You ship clean, performant, accessible code.
  • Code what Webflow can't do Custom JavaScript, GSAP, third-party integrations, headless when the project requires it: you know when to step out of Webflow and you master the tools to do it well.
  • Work with modern tools GitHub, VS Code, Cursor, Claude, GPT: you use these tools daily as productivity levers, not as gadgets. You push clean PRs and you collaborate as a team.
  • Contribute to our tech R&D We continuously explore new tools, agentic workflows, AI integrations within our sites. You take part in this dynamic with your curiosity and your technical perspective.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
