Front of House Staff – Full-Time
Location: UK
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House Staff member to join our team at a Nepalese restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and answer customer questions.
- Serve food and drinks and ensure customers have an enjoyable experience.
- Set up and clear tables and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
- Handle payments and operate the till when required.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
- Help with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Right to work in the UK.
