Front of Desk Clerk - Transport Nights - Anwick

Intro:
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Front of Desk Clerk - Transport Nights to work with a leading company in the food production sector in Anwick. This role is based in the transport department and involves tracking daily live loads, conducting driver briefings, and managing essential documentation.

Shift patterns:

  • 4 On/Off Night Shift from 18:00 - 06:00am

Pay rates:

  • 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Front of Desk Clerk - Transport Nights:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experienced in the use of IT applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent personal time management and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in prioritising workload
  • Experience in monitoring, tracking and driving logistical performance through agreed KPIs
  • Experience in use of and interrogation of Microlise vehicle telematics systems and associated data
  • Digital Tachograph knowledge
  • Current CPC in standard National Operators license
