The Opportunity

Global Highland are looking for Front of House to join our client in their busy community restaurant and bar in a small village near to Pitlochry.

Front of House create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
  • Handle payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  • Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach.
  • Well-presented with a professional manner.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
