The Opportunity
Global Highland are looking for Front of House to join our client in their busy community restaurant and bar in a small village near to Pitlochry.
Front of House create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
- Handle payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach.
- Well-presented with a professional manner.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

What's On Offer
- Full time temporary role
- £15.07 per hour
- Working Wednesday-Sunday each week
