Job Description
We’re looking for a Front of House team member to join us at our Warrington site. Reporting to the Office Manager, based in London, and working as part of the wider People Team, you’ll be one of the first people colleagues, candidates, contractors and visitors meet when they arrive at Gousto.
Working closely with the General Manager on site and colleagues across the business, you’ll help keep the workplace organised, welcoming and running effectively. From managing visitors and deliveries to coordinating workplace activities, maintaining office standards and helping improve the day-to-day experience on site, this is a varied role where you’ll have a visible impact on our Warrington workplace.

This is a fully on-site role at our Warrington site, with expected working hours of 9am–3pm. We can offer some flexibility around these hours for the right person, which can be discussed during the recruitment process.
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, candidates and contractors to the Warrington site
- Manage visitor access, incoming post, office deliveries and the site access system, including issuing and maintaining access cards and fobs
- Maintain standards across reception, meeting rooms, kitchens and shared office areas, escalating issues where required
- Coordinate the ordering and restocking of stationery, office supplies, consumables and workplace equipment, including raising purchase orders
- Help plan and deliver site events, celebrations and employee engagement activities
- Assist with onboarding activities and welcome new office-based starters to the site
- Help deliver workplace wellbeing activities, including maintaining ergonomic equipment and assisting with the DSE process
- Complete day-to-day administration, including maintaining records and shared inboxes
- Identify practical ways to improve the workplace experience for colleagues and visitors
Who You Are
- Approachable and comfortable interacting with colleagues, candidates, contractors and visitors
- Well organised, with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Clear and effective when communicating with people across different teams and levels
- Resourceful and able to take ownership of day-to-day tasks
- Focused on providing a positive experience for colleagues and visitors
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or similar digital systems
- Adaptable and willing to work across a varied range of workplace activities
- Experience within hospitality, reception, retail, administration or customer service would be useful, but is not essential
