About us
Stephanie Lebby Hair is a premium salon built on thoughtful care, craft and community. We’re known for creating a calm, elevated experience while delivering exceptional hair services. We're looking for a warm, organised, and switched-on Front of House to be the face of Stephanie Lebby Hair. You'll keep the salon running smoothly day to day, from managing the diary and looking after clients, to handling communications and keeping operations on track.
What You'll Be Doing
- Opening the salon and preparing the space for clients and stylists each day
- Greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out, and serving refreshments
- Managing the salon diary — bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes
- Handling all client communication across phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok
- Enforcing booking policies and logging and resolving complaints professionally
- Coordinating call-out events — managing travel, logistics, pricing, and diary adjustments
- Processing payments and refunds
- Maintaining stock levels, completing regular checks, and carrying out reorders

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year customer service experience
- A clear communicator - written and verbal - across multiple platforms
- Warm, professional, and confident in a client-facing environment
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle a busy, fast-moving diary
- Calm under pressure with a practical, solutions-first approach
- Experience in a salon or beauty environment is a plus but not essential
- Comfortable with booking systems and social platforms
