About us

Stephanie Lebby Hair is a premium salon built on thoughtful care, craft and community. We’re known for creating a calm, elevated experience while delivering exceptional hair services. We're looking for a warm, organised, and switched-on Front of House to be the face of Stephanie Lebby Hair. You'll keep the salon running smoothly day to day, from managing the diary and looking after clients, to handling communications and keeping operations on track.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Opening the salon and preparing the space for clients and stylists each day
  • Greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out, and serving refreshments
  • Managing the salon diary — bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes
  • Handling all client communication across phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Enforcing booking policies and logging and resolving complaints professionally
  • Coordinating call-out events — managing travel, logistics, pricing, and diary adjustments
  • Processing payments and refunds
  • Maintaining stock levels, completing regular checks, and carrying out reorders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
