Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right โ€” and where to focus when applying.

Budget & Procurement

  • Own and manage the site budget
  • Order in necessary supplies and equipment
  • Continually evaluate what is and isn't working, identifying opportunities for improvement or better-received alternatives

Client Experience & Communication

  • Respond to private client issues and suggestions as quickly as possible
  • Post internal updates and building notices on the client app in a timely manner

Community & Events

  • Organise and internally market community events, ranging from daytime lunches to client drinks
  • Promote events effectively to drive engagement and attendance

Other responsibilities/tasks may be assigned based on the needs of the business.

This role is suited for you if:

  • You genuinely enjoy being the first face people see and take pride in making others feel welcome, whether it's a regular member or a first-time visitor booking a day pass.
  • You're happiest when you're on your feet and across multiple things at once โ€” checking stock, chasing a maintenance fix, and updating a booking calendar all before lunch.
  • You like the idea of owning a budget and making judgment calls about what's worth spending on, rather than just following a set list of tasks.
  • You want a role that mixes operational rigour (access reports, signage, supplies) with the creative side of pulling together events people actually want to attend.
  • You're drawn to hospitality or community-building environments and want a role where your day-to-day directly shapes how a space feels to the people in it.

We'd love to hear from you if you've got:

  • Experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, community, or site/office management role, ideally somewhere client experience was central to the job.
  • A track record of managing budgets or procurement โ€” ordering supplies, evaluating suppliers, or making cost-conscious decisions without compromising on quality.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the confidence to post clear, timely updates on a client-facing app or platform.
  • Experience planning or running events, from small daytime gatherings to larger client-facing drinks, plus a knack for marketing them so people show up.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset โ€” someone who sees a leak or a stock gap and chases it to resolution rather than waiting to be told.
  • First aid and fire marshal certifications (will be arranged post-hire for the right candidate)
