Role Description

The Front of House role is a full-time, on-site position based at Time Clinic Medical Aesthetics and Wellness in Woodford Green. This role is responsible for welcoming patients, managing reception duties, and providing a professional first point of contact in person, by phone, and via email.

  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Handling patient enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating patient flow to ensure a smooth clinic experience
  • Processing payments
  • Preparing consultation rooms with the team
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as updating systems, managing correspondence, and assisting with clinic events or patient communications

The Front of House team member is expected to uphold the clinic’s standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and excellent service while contributing to a calm, friendly, and organized environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Interpersonal Communication abilities to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, including confident telephone and written communication.
  • Customer Service experience, with a focus on delivering a welcoming, patient-centered front-of-house experience.
  • Skills in Presentations or confident in presenting information clearly to patients about appointments, procedures, and clinic processes.
  • Relevant front-of-house or reception experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or similar environments is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinic setting are important.
  • Comfort with using booking systems, basic IT tools, and maintaining accurate records is preferred.
  • A professional, calm, and discreet manner, with a commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and the clinic’s values of care and excellence, is essential.
