ENGINEER

Front of House

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

As a member of the Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Position is in Cafe Groats, John O'Groats.

Applicants must be able to work during daytime hours during weekdays. Must be reliable and hardworking. Experience desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and hospitable environment.
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
