Hours: 5 days office based, 9:30 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday
We’re recruiting for a fantastic Front of House, Administration & Facilities Assistant role in the Creative Sector. This would be an amazing opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the Administration space and creative sector.

The role will include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to visitors and colleagues
- Managing reception enquiries, incoming calls, and visitor sign-ins
- Coordinating meeting room bookings, set-up, and hospitality
- Supporting workplace events and day-to-day facilities requirements
- Monitoring office and hospitality supplies
- Liaising with Facilities, Building Management, and IT on workplace issues
- Supporting security, health & safety, and visitor access procedures
- Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times
About you:
You’ll be friendly, confident, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering great service. Previous experience in reception, hospitality, retail, administration, or another customer-facing environment would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.

You’ll also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people at all levels, and adapting quickly when priorities change. Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems is important.
Location: Shepherd’s Bush / West London
Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract
Hours: 9:30am–6pm
