About the Role

We are looking for a full or part-time (4 days) Administrator to join us in delivering outstanding patient care.

About you

Experience:

  • Working with the general public and interacting with a wide range of people with politeness and confidence
  • The role requires excellent customer service skills
  • The role requires some experience of business management and computing
  • Previous experience in an optical practice would be desirable but not essential
  • Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
  • A willingness to be flexible and a positive attitude to learning new skills
  • Good computer skills are essential
