Job Description
Portico Premier is an elite front-of-house team providing flexible, polished, and highly professional support across Portico's client portfolio. We are seeking outstanding customer service professionals who can confidently step into different client environments and consistently deliver exceptional service from day one.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in corporate reception, luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, premium aviation, concierge services, private members clubs, workplace experience, events, or high-end retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Act as an ambassador for both Portico and our clients.
- Manage visitor registration, access control, and host notifications.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and workplace teams.
- Support meeting room bookings, hospitality services, and workplace operations.
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards across front-of-house areas.
- Provide flexible support across multiple client locations as business needs require.
- Follow all security, compliance, and visitor management procedures.

You'll be trusted to represent prestigious brands, deliver consistently outstanding visitor experiences, and help establish Portico Premier as the benchmark for exceptional front-of-house service.

Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible shifts including weekends and bank holidays
Salary: £34,000 per annum with an increase to £35,000 upon completion of 12 months in the role.
Please note that team members are expected to travel to sites within central London.

Essential
- Experience in a premium customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and VIP visitors.
- Strong emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- A calm, professional approach under pressure.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and workplace systems.
- Flexibility to work across different locations.

Desirable
- Experience supporting multiple sites or locations.
- Background in professional services, financial services, luxury hospitality, or premium corporate environments.
- Knowledge of visitor management, workplace technology, or meeting room booking systems.
- First Aid, Fire Marshal, or Health & Safety training.
- Experience supporting events, facilities, or workplace coordination teams.
