Front of House Ambassador
We are looking for someone talented to become a vital part of our Front of House (FoH) team supporting and enhancing the client experience in our UK Head Office. As a Front of House Ambassador, you are the face and voice of our business playing an integral role ensuring that our visitors are looked after pleasantly and efficiently, experiencing an exceptional visit every time.
Working as part of a highly skilled and collaborative team, each Ambassador should seek to deliver an exceptional service whilst using innovation to proactively multi-task in a vibrant and exciting environment.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the business to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey from arrival, during their visit and through to their departure.
- Providing a professional, welcoming, and engaging environment for all visitors, clients, and employees.
- Taking responsibility for the presentation of Front of House facilities and services, where necessary liaising with the wider Workplace Experience team to ensure our services are of a high standard and looking for improvements in ways of working.
- Ensuring all spaces, aesthetics, digital content, and overall ambiance are aligned with our company brand identity, culture and client experience standards.
- Managing client visits and meeting room bookings to minimise client conflict and working with stakeholders to ensure meeting rooms and facilities are presentable and in working order for our client requirements.
- Working with internal stakeholders and clients to support the Hospitality delivery functions ensuring orders are placed in advance and proportionate to the numbers attending.
- Operating our switchboard and monitoring Reception emails, responding to enquiries and requests from employees and external stakeholders.
- Administering the digital screens to ensure they display accurate, relevant, and up-to-date content, announcements, and visitor information.
- Coordinating and maintaining digital displays and LED lighting systems within the lobby and reception areas, ensuring visual content, lighting schemes, and branding elements enhance the workplace experience and support company campaigns and events.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of brand activations, reception initiatives, client events, and workplace engagement activities, ensuring Front of House areas are prepared and presented in line with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- To act as an extension of the Workplace Experience team ensuring policies and procedures are followed to provide a safe and secure working environment for our people and our visitors.
- Representing the business as a First Aider, Fire Marshal and DSE Assessor (training can be provided)
- Developing effective working relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and contribute to a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications & Skills
- A background in front of house, reception, hospitality, concierge services from either a corporate, luxury hotel, high end retail or similar background.
- Exceptional administrative and communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Confident with IT and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous knowledge and use of Condeco/Eptura Engage and MS Places (soon to transition to MS Places) or equivalent room/desk booking system.
- Enthusiasm for working with people and a flexible approach to work.

- This is a permanent role based on site 5 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm (shift pattern)
