Front of House Area Support Manager

Front of House Area Support Manager - required for our luxury care homes at Country Court Care.

Hours

40 hours per week available, working weekends on rota

About The Front Of House Host Role

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organised Front of House Area Support Manager to support our care homes in delivering consistently high standards across Front of House, hospitality, housekeeping and the overall resident and visitor experience. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Support homes in maintaining excellent Front of House, hospitality and presentation standards.
  • Carry out regular quality, housekeeping and environmental checks.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop clear action plans with home teams.
  • Support and coach Front of House teams and CSMs to achieve consistent standards.
  • Ensure reception areas, lounges, dining rooms and communal spaces are welcoming and professionally presented.
  • Monitor service standards and help improve the overall resident, relative and visitor experience.
  • Follow up actions from previous visits to ensure improvements are maintained.
  • Share best practice across homes and provide hands-on support where required.

About You

We want someone proactive, passionate and ambitious to support us to create the best person-centred environment for our residents and to connect us to our local community. You’ll be genuinely valued and empowered as an integral part of our team. You will have the following experience:

  • Strong Front of House, hospitality or customer service experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for high standards.
  • Experience with quality checks, audits and action planning.
  • Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge poor standards constructively.
  • The ability to travel regularly between care homes.
  • Experience or knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) and kitchen/catering operations would be beneficial.

Above all, we need someone who notices the small details, takes ownership and is passionate about creating welcoming, well-presented environments and delivering an excellent experience for our residents.
