Front of House Assistant H Beauty – Silverburn, Glasgow
£14.00 per hour | Various Shift Patterns | Immediate Interviews Available
Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and love working in a premium environment?
We’re looking for Front of House Assistants to join the team at H Beauty, Silverburn, Glasgow a luxury beauty destination owned by Harrods.
With 4 positions available and immediate interviews, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-end environment where service, quality and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do.
What will you be doing?
- Welcoming and engaging with customers, providing a warm and professional experience
- Delivering exceptional front of house service within a luxury environment
- Taking and serving food and drinks to a high standard
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the venue runs smoothly
- Maintaining excellent presentation and service standards at all times
- Creating a memorable experience for every customer
- Working confidently as part of a busy, friendly and professional team

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident and passionate about customer service.
Ideally, You Will Have
- Previous experience in waiting tables or front of house, preferably within a high-end or premium environment
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and polished approach
- The ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Barista experience or training would be highly desirable, although full training can be provided
