We're currently recruiting a dedicated Front Of House Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 25.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional and welcoming front of house service, creating a positive experience for all customers and visitors.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation.
- Assist with the preparation, setup, and clearing of dining and service areas to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer queries courteously and resolve issues promptly, escalating where appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with company and Defence policies.
- Support the wider team with stock replenishment, cash handling, and other operational duties as required.

Our Ideal Front Of House Assistant Will
- Have a friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high standards of service and attention to detail.
- Be reliable, flexible, and willing to take on a variety of duties to support the operation.
- Possess good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, catering, or front of house experience is desirable, although full training will be provided.
