Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a professional healthcare environment? We're looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our friendly team at Bupa Kensington, supporting the delivery of outstanding hospitality and dining experiences for residents, visitors and colleagues.
As part of Medirest, a leading healthcare catering and support services provider within Compass Group UK&I, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while delivering excellent food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, professional and friendly front of house experience
- Serving food and beverages to residents, guests and colleagues
- Setting up and maintaining dining and hospitality areas to a high standard
- Ensuring excellent presentation of food and service areas
- Operating tills and handling transactions accurately where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene
- Following all Health & Safety and company procedures
- Supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
About You
- Passionate about customer service and creating positive experiences
- Friendly, approachable and professional in your interactions
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, organised and adaptable
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Previous hospitality, catering, retail or front of house experience is desirable but not essential
