Front of House Assistant

Location: London

Pay: £15.16 per hour

We’re looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join a high-quality corporate hospitality operation in London.

Working as part of a supportive team, you’ll help with the smooth day-to-day running of the whole operation. From welcoming guests and serving food to preparing restaurant, pantry and hospitality areas, you’ll play an important part in delivering an excellent experience throughout the working day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in great service, enjoys working with people and is happy to support wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional and attentive customer service
  • Prepare restaurant, pantry and hospitality areas for service
  • Serve food, drinks and refreshments efficiently
  • Keep counters, displays and service areas clean, stocked and presentable
  • Assist with meeting-room hospitality and client events
  • Respond positively to customer requests and queries
  • Work closely with colleagues across the wider operation
  • Follow food safety, allergen, hygiene and health and safety procedures
  • Help monitor stock and replenish supplies when required
  • Support opening, closing and general cleaning duties
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation at all times

About You

You’ll be reliable, positive and comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment. You’ll have strong customer-service skills, good attention to detail and a flexible, can-do approach.

Previous front-of-house, restaurant, café or hospitality experience would be helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
