Front of House Assistant | St James’s Square, London | £35,000
Anabas is looking for an experienced, professional and adaptable Front of House Assistant to deliver a 5-star client and visitor experience at a prestigious corporate site in St James’s Square.
What you’ll do:
- Meet and greet visitors and manage incoming calls
- Support meeting room setup and readiness
- Provide high-quality administrative support
- Build strong client relationships
- Handle queries professionally while following security procedures
- Assist with site checks, floor walks and cleaning audits
- Report maintenance issues and support the onsite management team

What we’re looking for:
- Previous corporate reception or Front of House experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional, confident and friendly approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience
The role:
- Location: St James’s Square, London
- Salary: £35,000 per year
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Contract: 40 hours per week, Full-time, permanent
