We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and hospitality-driven Reception & Concierge Host to join our dynamic team on a prestigious client account.
In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to inspire customer moments of delight and pursue amazing outcomes each day. You are the face of our client, curating bespoke experiences to ensure every guest, executive, and employee's first touch point is seamless, sophisticated, and memorable.
By blending high-end concierge hospitality with proactive problem-solving, you’ll turn everyday arrivals into premium experiences, ensuring the lobby reflects the innovation, luxury, and excellence of both CBRE and our prestige Client brand.
Your Mission?
- Curate a seamless, high-touch "arrival-to-departure" journey for every guest, tenant, and VIP client.
- Act as the ultimate lifestyle and business touch point—handling executive transport bookings, recommending premium local dining, managing dry-cleaning/courier requests, and offering personalised assistance.
- Handle guest check-ins, badge management, and host notifications with absolute poise and precision.
- Respond to occupant and guest requests with a commitment to meeting strict SLAs and service delivery KPIs.
- Maintain the reception desk, concierge lounge, and adjacent areas to impeccable, five-star standards.
- Act as a proactive ambassador for both CBRE and our prestigious client, ensuring all signage and ambient elements strictly adhere to premium brand guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional service lines (cleaning, security, events, and catering) to ensure flawless building operations.

Operational Support
- Support logistics, VIP room setups, and catering coordination for high-profile executive events and client visits.
- Manage access control, register visitor badges, log hazards, and actively contribute to the building’s safety culture.
- Handle high-priority deliveries, executive packages, and lost & found with complete discretion and care.
- Proactively spot, log, and follow up on building maintenance issues to ensure the physical space remains immaculate.
- Foster trust and positive relationships with clients, corporate occupants, external suppliers, and local premium vendors.
- Constantly seek ways to elevate local operations, modernising the guest experience through technology and tailored services.
What Success Looks Like?
- Taking full ownership of the lobby and concierge spaces, demonstrating proactive, "never say no" behaviours.
- Elevating standard transactional interactions into personalised, high-value customer experiences.
- Consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs for guest satisfaction, response times, and front-of-house standards.
- Prioritising self-development, championing safety initiatives, and actively embracing change in a fast-paced environment.
We’re Looking For?
- Fluency in written and spoken English with exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills. You must possess proactive problem-solving abilities, high IT literacy, and the capacity to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- A strong foundation in basic health & safety practices.
- A proven, stellar background in high-end hospitality, luxury concierge services, 5-star hotels, high-end retail, or "Big Tech" reception environments where the "Guest Journey" and premium touch points are paramount. You are someone who intuitively understands the nuances of elite service and possesses the confidence to represent a world-leading prestige brand.
