The Opportunity

Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and exceptional service? At Perle Hotels, our restaurants celebrate the best of Scotland's larder, and we're seeking an experienced, hands-on Front of House & Bar Supervisor to help lead our Am Braigh & The Snug teams.

You'll be the heartbeat of the dining experience: supporting the daily operation, motivating your team, and ensuring every guest enjoys warm, seamless, and memorable service. If you thrive in a busy restaurant environment and enjoy leading by example, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the front of house and bar teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences through professional, knowledgeable, and attentive service.
  • Oversee service delivery across the restaurant and bar, managing reservations, table planning, service flow, and communication with the kitchen and wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build strong guest relationships by creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling enquiries and feedback professionally, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members across all aspects of hospitality, including service standards, product knowledge, mixology, presentation, and guest engagement, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Support and enhance the bar offering through the preparation of premium drinks and cocktails, menu development, and the promotion of local and seasonal ingredients.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, compliance, and operational efficiency, including stock control, ordering, cellar management, cost control, and adherence to licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene requirements.
  • Act as the operational lead in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager, confidently managing service, supporting the team, and resolving operational issues as they arise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
