About the Role

As a Front of House, Bar & Waiting Team Member, you’ll play a key role in bringing each wedding celebration to life. This is a varied, hands-on position where you’ll move between guest service, bar work, and food service.

From greeting guests with a warm welcome, to serving elegant drinks and delivering high-quality dining experiences, you’ll help create unforgettable moments for our couples and their guests. Often, the drinks you serve—especially welcome drinks—will be guests’ first impression of the day, setting the tone for an exceptional event.

Bar & Drinks Service

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks to a high standard
  • Craft and present elegant welcome drinks that enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service

Waiting & Table Service

  • Deliver food and beverages with attention to detail and care
  • Maintain beautifully presented tables and service areas
  • Provide efficient, high-quality service during busy periods

Event & Venue Support

  • Assist with event setup and turnaround across ceremony, reception, and evening spaces
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our stunning venues
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth, seamless events

Operational Duties

  • Monitor stock levels and restock where required
  • Follow all health & safety and hygiene standards
  • Support the team across all areas as needed during events

About You

  • Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy creating memorable guest experiences
  • Skilled & Enthusiastic: Bar or hospitality experience preferred, with an interest in drinks or mixology
  • Professional & Attentive: You take pride in presentation, service, and detail
  • Team Player: You bring a positive attitude and work well with others
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working across bar, service, and front of house duties
  • Organised & Efficient: Able to manage busy events while maintaining high standards
