Front of House Cleaner
Location: The Mole Resort, EX37 9HD
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: 08:30 – 16:30, 4 days per week (inc. weekends)

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front of House Cleaner to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our public spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
As a Front of House Cleaner, you will:
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness across all public areas, including lounges, reception spaces, and restrooms
- Ensure all areas reflect the high-quality presentation expected within a premium countryside resort
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly and accurately
- Provide a professional and courteous presence when interacting with guests
- Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with guidelines
- Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including fire and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support smooth day-to-day operations
- Take initiative in ensuring all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

About You
We are looking for individuals who bring:
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic hospitality environment
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A well-presented, professional appearance
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
