Job Description
1-Month Temporary Contract
Location: High Street Kensington (W8)
We're looking for a friendly, confident and professional Front of House Host to join the Roar Fitness team on a one-month temporary contract.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. You'll be welcoming members and guests, managing the front desk, processing payments, answering enquiries and ensuring the studio is presented to the highest standard.
About You
- Warm, personable and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confident communicating with clients both in person and over the phone.
- Well presented, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Previous front of house, hospitality, reception or retail experience is preferred.
- An interest in health and fitness is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome.
- Managing the front desk and responding to client enquiries.
- Processing memberships, retail purchases and client payments accurately.
- Assisting with bookings and basic client account updates.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception and retail area.
- Supporting the team to deliver an exceptional client experience every day.

Working Hours
Five days per week on a rotating shift pattern, primarily based at our Kensington location (W8).
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:30pm or 10:30am–7:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–6:00pm
