About the Role
DHP Family Ltd is looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused Front of House Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of our front of house operations during live events at our flagship venue, Rock City.
This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced venue environment. You’ll help coordinate key front of house areas including ticket scanning, reception, cloakroom, customer flow, VIP arrivals, and guestlist entry, while supporting and guiding the team to deliver a welcoming, efficient, and professional experience for every customer.
Working closely with the Venue Promo Manager, Security, and the wider management team, you’ll act as a visible point of support for Front of House and Promotions staff, helping with day-to-day communication, team organisation, customer service standards, and operational readiness across events.

Key Responsibilities
- Support ticket scanning, reception, and cloakroom operations
- Help manage queues and admissions
- Coordinate staff across front of house areas
- Maintain clean and organised spaces
- Gather customer feedback
- Support the development of team members through coaching, guidance, and regular feedback
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating a positive customer experience. You’ll be confident engaging with customers and colleagues, able to support and motivate team members, and comfortable working in a live events environment with large crowds, loud music, event lighting, and late-night working patterns.
- Reliable, organised, proactive, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing event demands
- Experience in hospitality, events, promotions, retail, customer service, or entertainment venues would be beneficial
