Centre Coordinator – Career Progression to Assistant Manager

Location: Castle Donington Centre, East Midlands
Company: DBS Managed Offices and Apartments

Ready to take the next step in your career?
Are you a confident, organised and people-focused individual looking for a role where no two days are the same? Do you enjoy taking responsibility, building relationships and being involved in all aspects of a business?

DBS Managed Offices and Apartments is looking for an enthusiastic Centre Coordinator to join our Castle Donington team, with an opportunity to progress into an Assistant Manager role across the business.
This is much more than a front-of-house position. It’s an opportunity to learn how a multi-site business operates, develop your commercial and leadership skills, and play an important part in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients, guests and visitors.
If you’re proactive, adaptable and keen to build a long-term career in business operations and management, we’d love to hear from you.

About DBS Managed Offices and Apartments

DBS provides flexible workspace and accommodation solutions across the East Midlands, supporting businesses and individuals with professional serviced offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms and fully furnished serviced apartments.
We pride ourselves on our personalised service, professional environments and commitment to making every client’s experience as positive and seamless as possible.
As part of our team, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of business functions and work alongside senior managers across our locations in Castle Donington, Glenfield and Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

The Role – Variety, Responsibility and Progression

You’ll initially work in a front-of-house capacity to gain a thorough understanding of our business, clients and day-to-day operations. From there, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, supporting senior management and developing the skills needed to progress into an Assistant Manager position.
Your role will be varied and hands-on, with opportunities to get involved in operations, sales, marketing, finance and customer service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
