You will provide day-to-day support to our Post-Producers, while also ensuring our clients receive a professional, welcoming and efficient service throughout their time with us.
The ideal candidate will be organised, personable and confident working in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine interest in television post-production.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover reception, answering calls and providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors.
- Arrange bikes, couriers, taxis and other client requirements as needed.
- Ensure edit suites and communal areas are maintained to a consistently high standard.
- Manage media assets moving in and out of the building using the company barcode system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Complete accurate deliverable labelling and coordinate dispatches.
- Assist with procurement of stationery, consumables and other office requirements, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain the key log, including issuing keys and alarm codes in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the Bookings and Technical teams.
- Manage swipe card and door-entry systems, ensuring staff and clients are added and removed in line with company procedures.

The role is available as a fixed term contract of 3 - 6 months.
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
- Professional, approachable and client focused.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively across different departments.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working with booking and scheduling systems.
- Experienced in, or keen to develop their knowledge of, television post-production.

Previous experience within a post-production, broadcast or television environment would be highly desirable.
