Front of House Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Coordinator to join our Rapport team. Come join us at one of the first skyscrapers in the City of London, a landmark building with a rich history and a vibrant 2.2‑acre estate.
As one of Rapport’s longest‑running contracts, the team successfully operates two ground‑floor receptions across two buildings, supporting around 80 diverse clients. No day is ever the same. From healthcare professionals to restaurant diners, you’ll welcome visitors, creating memorable experiences for guests from around the world.
We are a team of six, consisting of a manager, one senior front of house coordinator and three front of house coordinators. We are a diverse group of individuals who take pride in being ourselves and delivering exceptional service to our guests by upholding our Rapport values.

Hours
40 hours per week (Monday-Friday on a shift rota basis between 8 AM – 6 PM)
Salary
£36,498 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Meeting and Greeting visitors.
- Registering visitors using our Visitor Management System and escorting them to their offices while providing a remarkable service.
- Handling all external and internal calls in a professional manner.
- Adopting a flexible approach handling guest queries, managing change and ad hoc tasks.
- Supporting Team Leader and Front of House Manager in customer engagement activities and events for our community.
- Acting with utmost integrity, earning the trust and respect of all colleagues and stakeholders, while finding solutions for problems.
- Supporting with setting up meeting rooms and coordinating with guests as and when needed.

The ideal candidate will

- Ideally have a hospitality background with relevant reception experience.
- Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality.
- Be a team player while able to stay curious and support wider team.
- Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and similar software packages.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and act both proactively and intuitively.
