The Role

As Front of House Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of SUSU’s reception service, room and event bookings, and Safety Bus and minibus operations. You will supervise and develop staff, coordinate rotas and operational cover, maintain effective systems and procedures, and work closely with internal teams, students, customers, and external partners to provide a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality service.

About You

We are looking for an organised and approachable individual with experience in a senior administrative, business support, or front-of-house role.

  • You will have experience delivering excellent customer service and coordinating room bookings, events, or activities.
  • You will have experience supervising staff, managing rotas, and developing efficient systems and procedures to support service delivery.
  • You will have knowledge of basic financial processes, including quotes, invoicing, and timesheets, alongside an understanding of health and safety, equality, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability.
  • As a confident communicator and proactive problem-solver, you will be comfortable managing competing priorities, working independently, and identifying opportunities to improve services and enhance the customer experience.
  • You will have the flexibility to work across our operating hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
