JOB TITLE: Front of House Customer Service Assistant
REPORTS TO: Centre Manager
LOCATION: Elmfield Road, Bromley, BR1 1LT
Start Date: Between 25th August 2026 - 1st September 2026
HOURS: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 14:30 (30 minutes lunch)
SALARY: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
About Us
At Kingfisher House Business Centre, we provide a variety of serviced offices, virtual business services and meeting room facilities. We are based in Bromley, Kent and looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Front of House Customer Service Assistant to join our small, supportive team.
Job Responsibilities (not limited to):
- General Reception
- Deliver a warm, friendly and professional welcome to clients and visitors
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Monitor and manage the reception email inbox
- Ensure the reception area and communal spaces remain clean, tidy and well presented at all times
- Receive, distribute and notify clients of incoming post and parcels
- Replenish refreshments and supplies in client kitchens across multiple floors
- Carry out routine health and safety checks throughout the building

Client Services
- Process additional client services and accurately record the charges within our internal system
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and the departure process for existing clients
- Maintain and update client records and checklists
- Prepare meeting rooms to a high standard and manage client bookings
- Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and enquiries

Sales & Marketing
- Assist with organising monthly networking events
- Help create engaging content for our social media platforms
- Support the production and distribution of our monthly newsletter
- Prepare and present available office suites

Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, approachable and professional individual
- Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing new ideas
- Happy to be part of content used for social media and marketing purposes
- High attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
