Job Description
We're looking for a Front of House & Events Co-ordinator to deliver exceptional client service and help create a lasting, positive impression of Browne Jacobson.
The Role
As a Front of House & Events Co-ordinator, you'll work within the Client & Marketing (C&M) department; which includes Business Development, Bids, Marketing, Client Relationships, Events & Front of House, delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. The Front of House team are frequently the first impression of the wider business and its values for stakeholders and clients alike, so this is a role where your energy, professionalism, and attention to detail will truly matter.

Based in our Exeter office, this is a full-time role working typically on an 8-hour shift pattern (including a break) between 8am–6pm, with occasional morning or evening cover for events and meetings within the hours of 7am–11pm.

What You'll Be Doing
- Meeting and greeting all visitors upon arrival, answering queries, and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers in person, by email, and by telephone — delivering a 5-star reception experience throughout.
- Assisting with the in-person delivery of events and meetings, including room set-up, serving food and beverage requirements, and ensuring all internal and external events are delivered to the highest standard in line with Browne Jacobson brand values.
- Supporting the smooth running of the client suite day-to-day, including ensuring AV/VC equipment is set up and in working order, placing orders for stock and catering, and maintaining budget awareness and stock management.
