Front of House | Facilities

Can you help us keep our house in order?

We are looking for an experienced Front of House professional to join our busy team in Edinburgh, working Monday to Thursday, 12pm – 6pm and Friday, 12pm – 5.30pm. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the firm, this is an important role welcoming people into our offices and making sure they are well looked after.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing the meeting room schedule
  • Assisting with hospitality for both internal and external events
  • Alongside other Front of House duties
