Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ll also engage with guests throughout the venue, get involved in our events and entertainment, host our famous Buckin’ Bronco and bring the energy and personality Maggie’s is known for. This is a varied Front of House role, and full training will be provided across floor service and the bar so you can support the wider team wherever needed.
About The Venue
Maggie’s Rock ‘n’ Rodeo is Scotland’s first country-themed bar where we’re partying til 3am every night and serving up the best brisket, burgers and buffalo wings this side of Nashville.
Plus live bands and sports every night across our big screens, our very own Bull Pit complete with mechanical Buckin’ Bronco - and a wild line up of live events yet to be announced.
If you’re fixing for a new gig, love meeting new people and are ready to bring plenty of character and energy, we’re looking for Experience Hosts to join our amazing Front of House team!
