Your Team Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality workplace experience across the London office.
- Maintain front-of-house, client and visitor hospitality standards.
- Support executive, Board and leadership requirements.
- Coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Partner across Facilities, Workplace Technology, Physical Security and Client Events.
- Manage suppliers and workplace service providers.
- Maintain office presentation, operational continuity and service standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the front-of-house experience for clients, visitors and executives.
- Lead internal events end-to-end, including Board meetings, town halls, leadership events and employee events.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, catering, AV and external suppliers.
- Act as a central coordination point across Executive Assistants, Workplace Technology, Facilities, Security and Client Events.
- Maintain premium hospitality and workplace presentation standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve workplace and service issues.
- Drive continuous improvement across hospitality, events and workplace experience.
- Provide onsite operational support and service continuity during peak demand and team absences.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Strong experience in workplace experience, corporate hospitality or event management within a premium corporate environment.
- Proven ability to deliver high-profile events, executive meetings and Board-level engagements.
- Strong project and programme management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets and suppliers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly when working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong supplier/vendor management and commercial awareness, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a polished, professional approach.
- High levels of discretion, attention to detail, adaptability and sound judgement.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace technologies; experience with Appspace, ServiceNow or event-management platforms is advantageous.
