Front of House Manager
The Crichton Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Manager to join the team at Easterbrook Bistro, Bar and Spa. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of The Crichton’s venues, helping to deliver a warm, welcoming and high-quality experience for visitors, customers, and guests.

We are seeking someone who excels in customer service, enjoys leading and supporting a team, and can work alongside our current staff to make the Bistro the place to go for lunch, coffee, a swim, or a pre-show drink and dinner.
As Front of House Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day customer-facing operation of the Bistro and Spa, ensuring excellent standards of service, effective team coordination, and a positive experience for everyone who visits.

JOB TITLE: Front of House Manager
DEPARTMENT: Venues
DIRECT REPORT: Head of Venues
PRIMARY LOCATION: Easterbrook Bistro, Bar and Spa
SALARY: £27,300 p.a. (pro rata)
HOURS: 25/30 hours per week
