Position: Front of House Team Manager

Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Plus: Up to 10% Annual Bonus + Onsite Accommodation if needed (subject to availability)

We're looking for an inspiring Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. If you're passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences and love bringing out the best in your team, this is your role. You'll lead from the front, set the tone for excellence, and build a culture where your team genuinely wants to deliver their best work every single day.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and consistently hit targets. You'll be hands-on, leading by example and creating an environment where your team feels supported and valued.
  • Create memorable moments for every guest. You'll set the standard for welcoming atmospheres, proactively address concerns, and continuously look for ways to exceed expectations.
  • Monitor performance, give regular feedback that actually helps people grow, and spot potential in your team. You'll mentor and develop people, creating genuine opportunities for progression.
  • Manage scheduling, budgets, and resources smartly to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You'll solve problems quickly and keep operations compliant with health, safety, and company standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Front of House, Restaurant Manager, or General Manager role (or similar leadership position in hospitality)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, you inspire people and build trust
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without losing sight of detail
  • Genuine passion for exceptional customer service and creative problem-solving
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance
