Five days required on site in the business
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Front of House Manager to lead and develop two teams across a Residential and Commercial portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused leader who thrives in a multi-site environment and is passionate about service excellence, people development and operational performance.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading and developing teams across two locations initially
- Driving operational excellence, service standards and continuous improvement
- Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and building management teams
- Managing budgets, P&L and financial performance
- Monitoring and improving key performance indicators across financial, people and quality measures
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning
- Delivering engaging events and activations that enhance customer experience and support ESG objectives
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, security, operational and company procedures
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, technology and best-practice improvements

About you
We’re looking for someone who has the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience managing Front of House operations
- A background in luxury hospitality, 5-star environments, corporate services or a similarly high-service setting
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience handling HR processes, including investigations, performance management and sensitive employee matters
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for customer service and delivering excellence
- A professional, adaptable and positive approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

The role
📍 Five Days in the business, Monday - Friday with occasional evenings to check in with staff members
🚗 Service elevation is a requirement, so a background in implementing SOP's is essential
👥 Stakeholder management in terms of the community and residents is a requirement
