New Opening, £45k plus bonus | Manchester | Full Time | Permanent

We're recruiting an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the concierge and resident experience within a prestigious luxury residential development in Manchester.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire a high-performing concierge team, deliver exceptional five-star service and ensure every resident and guest enjoys a seamless, personalised experience.

The Role

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop a 24/7 Front of House and Concierge team.
  • Deliver outstanding resident and guest service.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards across reception and resident amenities.
  • Handle resident enquiries, complaints and service recovery with professionalism.
  • Oversee visitor management, access control and parcel operations.
  • Recruit, train and coach your team to deliver consistently high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and operational procedures.
  • Monitor KPIs and continuously drive service improvements.

About You

You will have:

  • Experience leading Front of House or Concierge teams within a luxury hotel, premium residential or high-end hospitality environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to remain calm, professional and discreet in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style.
