About CZER...

CZER is a fast-growing London food brand built around one thing done exceptionally well: chopped chicken caesar wraps.

Since going social media viral since day 1 opening, we have grown from a team of 3 to a team of 35 within 2.5 months. We are now looking at further growth and expansion and we are looking to hire an experienced, people-oriented Manager to oversee everything that happens in front of the chopping.

The role...

We are looking for a hands-on Front of House Manager who can take ownership of the customer journey and confidently lead a busy service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a junior front-of-house team of approximately two to five people per shift
  • Managing both physical and virtual queues
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Ensuring every guest receives a positive and well-organized experience

This is not a desk-based position. You will be highly visible during service, dealing with customers every day, directing the team and making decisions in real time.

Alongside running shifts, you will manage the online platforms connected to the guest journey, including our virtual queue software, customer review platforms, enquiries, and social media direct messages.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a junior team of two to five people per shift
  • Taking responsibility for the front-of-house operation during service
  • Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
  • Managing high volumes of customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Overseeing both in-person and virtual queues
  • Managing the virtual queue system and responding to any operational issues
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement
  • Handling customer complaints calmly, fairly, and confidently
  • Responding to customer enquiries and social media direct messages
  • Monitoring and responding appropriately across customer review platforms
  • Organising team positions, breaks, and shift priorities
  • Maintaining strong standards of presentation, communication, and professionalism
  • Supporting opening, closing, and daily operational checks
  • Working closely with the Kitchen Operations Manager to ensure smooth service
  • Making confident decisions and resolving problems without requiring constant direction
  • Supporting the founders and wider management team with general day-to-day operational administration

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
