Reception Manager & Office Manager

Global Financial Services Firm | London City | September 2026 Start
£45,000 - £55,000 + Exceptional Benefits

ISE Partners is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected global financial services organisation to recruit an exceptional Reception Manager & Office Manager for their stunning London headquarters.

This is not simply a reception role, nor is it a traditional office management position. It is a rare opportunity to become the face of an impressive financial services business and the driving force behind an exceptional workplace culture.

Set within a beautifully designed contemporary office in the heart of the City, the environment combines elegant architecture, cutting-edge technology, and warm hospitality to create an inspiring experience for employees, clients, and visitors alike. You'll be empowered to shape the employee journey, champion office culture, and ensure every interaction reflects the firm's values and professional excellence.

We are seeking a polished, intelligent, and highly engaging professional who thrives in a corporate setting and understands the standards expected within banking, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, wealth management, or broader financial services environments.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have built their career within financial services and can bring a polished, internationally-minded approach to workplace hospitality. Additional European language skills would be highly advantageous in supporting the firm's global client base and international stakeholders.

The Opportunity

As Reception Manager & Office Manager, you will oversee the entire front-of-house and workplace experience, acting as a trusted ambassador for the business. You will create an outstanding first impression for clients and visitors while ensuring the office operates seamlessly behind the scenes.

Working closely with senior leadership, HR, facilities, and external partners, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture. This position offers significant visibility across the organisation and would suit someone looking to build a long-term career within a prestigious financial services institution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
