Front of House Manager

We're hiring for a hands-on Front of House Manager responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Front of House operation at a busy premium boutique fitness studio in West London. The role combines team leadership, shift coordination, member experience, and administration, with approximately 65% of the role focused on Front of House management and 35% dedicated to administrative and operational support.

This is a highly visible and hands-on leadership position where you will be the key point of contact for the Front of House team, taking ownership of scheduling, holiday cover, shift swaps, team support, and day-to-day operational issues. You'll also spend around 15–20 hours per week working directly on the Front Desk, ensuring members receive a consistently warm, professional, and welcoming experience.

The Company

A premium boutique fitness and wellness business committed to delivering exceptional training, community, and member experiences. The studio provides a high-quality, welcoming environment where every interaction matters. The business values proactive leadership, strong operational standards, and creating a positive experience for both members and employees.

The Basics

  • Salary: £32,000 per annum
  • Location: West London
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled across the studio's operating hours. This includes early mornings, late finishes, and weekend shifts as part of a rota. Shifts can start as early as 5:30am and finish as late as 9:30pm, so candidates must be able to travel to and from the studio at these times.
  • Holiday: 28 days per annum, including bank holidays
  • Benefits: Complimentary access to fitness classes during off-peak times, alongside the opportunity to work within a premium fitness and wellness environment and be part of a strong studio community.
  • Reporting to: Operations Manager

The Role

The Front of House Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day FOH operation, leading a team of part-time Front of House staff and ensuring the studio is consistently well covered and operating smoothly. You'll combine hands-on member-facing work with team management, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
