Job Description
Portico are looking for an experienced and proactive Front of House Manager to lead a team of five within a unique and fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives on delivering exceptional service, managing multiple priorities, and leading high-performing teams.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operation of two busy reception areas, ensuring a seamless visitor experience while maintaining strict adherence to building security protocols. You will be responsible for managing access control processes, including QR code and pass systems, ensuring all tenant policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Alongside your operational responsibilities, you will support key business functions including HR administration, payroll, and trading activities, while providing valuable ad hoc administrative support to the client. You will also play a pivotal role during busy student enrolment periods, successfully coordinating front-of-house operations during the arrival of thousands of international students.

Hours
8-5pm and 9-6pm, 40 Hours per week
