Job Title: Front of House Officer

Unitrust are looking to recruit professional, reliable, and exemplary Front of House Officers to deliver a best-in-class service for a new prestigious contract in Fitzrovia, London. Unitrust is an exciting security company with a large number of clients across London. We are looking for energetic, observant, and communicative security professionals to join our team.

Key Information:

  • Location - Fitzrovia, London.
  • Pay Rate - £15.75 per hour.
  • Shifts - 07:00 - 19:00 hrs Mon-Fri

Job Role

  • To provide a best-in-class front of house experience as part of the overall security team.
  • Own front of house security, meeting and greeting people as they enter and exit the building.
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey, whilst ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those around you.
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records when appropriate.
  • Where appropriate, to support in incident management and investigations and the completion of relevant paperwork.
  • To remain vigilant at all times, ensuring that any threats are detected early and appropriate mitigations applied where needed.
  • To be conversant in the site SOP’s, ensuring compliance with them as well as an in-depth knowledge of the risk assessments and assignment instructions.
  • Work alongside client and partner teams to ensure a best-in-class delivery across all building operations.
  • Fulfil any reasonable request given by either the client or Unitrust management.
  • Be immaculate in dress and manner, polite and articulate at all times.
