About The Role
As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of our service, delivering a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and staff. You'll play a key role in upholding site standards and supporting various service functions across the premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the site.
- Fulfil site requirements in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Handle customer requests quickly and efficiently.
- Support site safety and security by following specific task instructions consistently.
- Monitor compliance with site rules, escalating issues when necessary.
- Undertake reception and admin duties, with the chance to develop expertise in specific service areas.
- Collaborate with and support other service lines when required.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking team players who bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to everything they do.
You'll Have
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-focused approach.
- Confident communication skills — clear, courteous, and professional.
- A current SIA licence — or be open to obtaining one with our support.
- Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn new roles or rotate across departments.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- (Optional but beneficial) Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A willingness to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
